so iv’e been thinking about Waluigi and how he’s never appeared in a main Mario title.

And i think the reason it so hilarious is all other side characters have a reason for their absence. Daisy is all the way in Sarasaland, Yoshi is probably back at his island. Wario has his business Warioware Inc. to run in some far away city. The rare time Luigi isn’t there he’s probably doing ghost stuff or taking care of the home front.

So what the hell is Waluigi doing?? Its heavily implied he lives in the mushroom kingdom, so where is he when shit goes down? Where is he when the toads are screaming and bowser’s maniacal laughter fills the air all while buildings are getting smashed up?

Is he just like-

I think a lot about an episode of Finding Bigfoot where they played whale noises because they said a curious Bigfoot might come check it out and they were just out in god knows where The Woods Blvd. And they were like “these whale noises can be heard for a couple'a miles”

And I was just losing my mind thinking about the many times I’ve camped alone in the woods and how if I were just sitting around the campfire and through the usual din of coyotes and crickets I heard the slow and steady and distinct rise of whale calls

I’d go absolutely apeshit NOTHING would be scarier

New Cryptid: Forest Whales.

Not enough fish in the sea anymore, whales and dolphins re-evolved legs and got back on land and now frolick through the woods of the PNW terrorzing campers and occasionally giving rides to Bigfoots.

Mortsafes and caged graves were used to keep the dead from coming back. All I can think about is that there must’ve been “incidents” that warranted their use…

What gets me is that some graves have them and not others, and I wonder what the people that do have them did, to warrant so much fear of them returning that metal and stone gates seemed like a reasonable thing to do.

They weren’t to keep the dead from coming back, that’s a common but still wrong misconception.

They were to stop people from stealing the bodies for medical and scientific experiments.

For the first time in its 127 year history, the APA has finally admitted misogyny is a serious issue in the psychological realm of individuals. They definitely didn’t know this when they deemed hysteria a valid diagnosis in the DSM until the 1980′s. They definitely didn’t know this when homosexuality was deemed a mental illness in the DSM until the 1970′s. After women have been lobotomized and died because of the APA, I guess we can congratulate them now! Baby steps!

They don’t even admit that they’ve significantly contributed to the mess they’re now addressing. They really think they’re doing some kind of social good instead of taking responsibility for their crimes don’t they.
